Hello! I'm Taouea Vitousek, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual online counseling for adults in Oregon from the comfort of their homes. Transplanted from Fanning Island and Hawaii I have settled in Oregon with my family. I have a varied professional background working inpatient psychiatric care, and as the primary Behavioral Health Consultant in various Central Oregon clinics. I enjoy connecting with people and offer a warm, participatory style. Some of the things I offer support for are anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, diabetes care. A few of my hobbies include gardening, ukulele, and hiking. I'm honored when people choose me to work through their stuff and start noticing they do feel better.
